Although we aren't in
business to sell computer hardware, we assist our customers in the
selection and purchase of network components, generally through Dell,
who offers the best in component quality and service agreements. The
fact that Raptor Solutions doesn't stand to make a profit on the sale
of computer hardware assures our customers that any recommendation to
purchase is because of the customers need for equipment, not our need to
sell computers. Since the only commodity we have to sell is our time, we
do charge consulting time to provide this purchase assistance. Although
our involvement in the purchase process is not required, it helps assure
our customers that the right components are ordered. Since we have
significant experience ordering through Dell, we are also frequently
able to help our customers obtain a better value than they might realize
on their own.
In addition to aiding our customers in the selection and purchase of new
hardware, we also offer software purchase assistance, installation, and
training.
